MOJO SMM – General Rules
Don’t place the same link twice while the first one is still running. If you do, any loss is on you. No refunds.
Instagram followers under $1/1K have no speed guarantee. They may start instantly, or take up to 48 hours. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
If your follower count drops because of old followers, we won’t refill it. Refills apply only to the followers delivered by us, not your previously existing followers.
If an order has an issue (drop, not completed), don’t place a new order. Wait for your refund or replacement. If you place a new order, we can’t help or refund.
If your order shows “Partial” and the service has a guarantee, we won’t refill/refund if the drop is caused by your old followers. This mostly applies to large accounts like 500K, 1M, 2M, etc.
If an old order has dropped and you place a new order without refilling the old one, that loss is on you. We cannot fix this.
If you mix “refill” and “no-refill” services on the same account, refill validity ends immediately.
If your account has more than 1M followers, use no-refill services only. We do not offer refills for accounts above 1M because they naturally drop more.
For no-refill services: If you complain that an order was “Marked Completed but not delivered” after 24 hours, we will not redo or refund.
The system completes your order based on the starting count you enter. If extra likes/views/subscribers come from fans or other sellers, we cannot cancel or adjust.

Liability
We are not responsible if platforms like YouTube, Instagram, or others suspend accounts or remove content.
Service Conditions
By placing an order, you automatically accept all MOJO SMM terms.
We can update these terms anytime without notice. Please check the terms before ordering.
You must follow the Terms of Service of the social media platforms you use.
Pricing may change anytime without notice.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We do not refund orders still processing.
If needed, we may switch the service type to complete an order.
We do not guarantee engagement. You only receive the followers/likes/views you paid for.
We do not guarantee all accounts will have profile photos, bios, or posts—though we try.
Do not upload any content that violates social media rules (nudity, restricted content, etc.).
Pages that already have 100K+ followers/likes/views do not qualify for refills, even if you buy a refill service.
Refund Policy
If an order is marked completed but not delivered, you get a full refund.
If an order does not start within 5 days, you get a full refund.
For refill services, partial refunds follow the refill terms.
Orders cannot be canceled after being placed.
If an order cannot be delivered, the refund goes into your MOJO SMM wallet.
Wrong links or private accounts are not eligible for refunds. Always double-check before ordering.
